The penis is made up of three separate cylinders. The two paired cylinders called the Corpora Cavernosa are the force behind the man's erection and are made up of chambers that expand and fill with blood to the point of turgidity, creating the hardness of the erection. The capacity of the Copora Cavernosa to fill with blood during arousal limits erection length and thickness, and this function can decrease with age.

The third cylinder of the penis, located in a groove between the two larger cylinders, is called the Corpus Spongiosum through which semen is ejaculated.

Detailed Penis Anatomy Chart

Recently, it has been discovered that the penile tissue of the Corpora Cavernosa responds strongly to stimulating and strengthening herbs, age old Chinese herbal ingredients and nutritive supplementation. Additionally, the penis size can be dramitcally increased with physiotherapy and surgery. The chambers of the corpora can adapt to greater capacities and more effective function with the use of selective supplements as well as with the use of vacuum therapy.

The penis, when viewed in a mirror, is only the external part or the "tip of the iceberg". The rest of the penis is inserted 3 to 4 inches or more into the hip. This internal part of the penis is anatomically known as the crura.  It would be the root that anchors the penis to the body. The shaft of the penis connects to the pubic bone through the fundiform and suspensory ligaments.  To increase the length of the penis, these ligaments are sectioned (cut) through a small incision at the base of the penis in the region of the pubic hair. Little or no perceptible scars are left.  The part of the penis attached to the pubic bone is externalized, increasing its length up to an inch and a half.  Physiotherapy must be done after surgery to prevent retraction due to scar tissue formation as well as to allow as much of the penis to be stretched and pulled out.

Some men also have a significant amount of fat in their pubic region, which may increase with age and weight.  Men can also choose to have this fat liposuctioned  at the time of their male enhancement surgery for an extra fee.  This procedure can add a perceived inch and a half in length.  If you can squeeze a handful of fat in your pubic area, you should consider adding this procedure to your male enhancement surgery.
